The Community Caregivers Board of Directors

Purpose of the Board
  • The Board shall uphold the requirements of the Mission and the By-laws of Community Caregivers of Greater Derry.
  • The Board shall be responsible for decisions on the policies, programs, personnel, property and financial matters of Community Caregivers, and on any programs sponsored or promoted by Community Caregivers.
Each Board member shall:
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the agency's mission, vision and values.
  • Support the organization by contributing money and time, as he or she is able.
  • Support the staff in their efforts to implement the mission and policies adopted by the board.
  • Be willing to attend and participate actively in monthly meetings and special meetings (as announced). The Annual Meeting held in the last quarter of the year is considered a monthly meeting.  Occasional attendance expected at agency program and fundraising events as a representative of the Board.
  • Be responsible to the Chair of the Board of Directors.
  • Serve a three-year term (or the edited term due to overlapping). A one-time renewal option to remain on the Board may be considered.

Robin Knight

Board Chair


Robin Knight, of Sandown, is currently an Administrative Assistant at Parkland Medical Center. She had been a Professional Development Event Coordinator/Project Assistant for the non-profit Southeastern Regional Education Service Center for 14 years.
Robin has also been a Board member for the non-profit Community Crossroads for over 10 years.

Rev. Zachary Harmon

Vice Chair


The Rev. Zachary Harmon, Vicar of St. Christopher's Episcopal Church in Hampstead is active in ministry and outreach in Western Rockingham county. He holds a B.A. from Willamette University in Oregon and an M.Div. from Virginia Theological Seminary. He was ordained an Episcopal priest in 2015.
Rev. Harmon did his chaplaincy training working at Goodwin House retirement home and has been involved in elder care ministries (lay and ordained) since 2008.

Debi Elliott

Secretary


Debi Elliott is a 38 year resident of Derry. She has been in the banking industry for 42 years and currently manages the Derry Office of M&T Bank. Debi has served on the board of various non-profits. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two grown children and their spouses, traveling, and reading.

Mary Leclair

Treasurer


Mary Leclair has called Chester home for the past 40 years making a home with her husband Lenny and their three children. She has served as a past members of the Chester Police Association and volunteered in many community events.
Mary has worked for People's United Bank for 17 years and currently manages the Manchester North Elm Street Branch.


Eileen Hegarty

Board Member


Eileen Hegarty of Londonderry retired recently after almost 30 years in the management of healthcare operations for both for-profit and non-profit companies. She has a Master's in Public Health and licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Eileen also volunteers at Shepherd’s Pantry in Windham.
During the last fifteen years of Eileen’s career, she was the Director of Operations for Continuing Care Retirement Communities in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Maggie-Mackie-Ciancio

Board Member


Maggie Mackie-Ciancio is a long-time resident of East Derry. She is a retired educator who taught in the Timberlane School District for 31 years.
Maggie is an active member at the Church of the Transfiguration and is involved in many community outreach programs.

Peg Mullins

Board Member


Peg Mullins is a 30-year resident of Derry. She was an educator with the Derry School District and a former Supervisor of the Checklist for the Town of Derry.
Peg is an active member of the Church of the Transfiguration in Derry where she serves on the Vestry and volunteers in the church's various outreach programs including the Community Meals Network.

Staci Loeffler

Board Member


Staci Loeffler began her career in real estate as a Title Processor in 1996, moved onto Closing Agent in 2011, and joined the Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan team as a full-time REALTOR in 2014.
Staci grew up in southern New Hampshire and currently lives in Hampstead with her husband and two teenage children.

Marie Greene

Board Member


Marie Greene has been a long time resident of Londonderry. She's also a member on the Londonderry Recreation Committee.
Marie was a paraprofessional in the Londonderry School system for 16 years.

Renee Solomon

Board Member


L. Renee Solomon is a retired RN and lives with her husband in Windham, NH. She is an active member of Etz Hayim Synagogue in Derry, having served on the Board of Directors, the Education, Membership, and Ritual Committees.
Renee is an active pickle ball player, quilter, and loves to play Mah Jong.

Dr. Michael Dion

Board Member


Michael R. Dion DMD, MS, a general dentist, has lived and practiced over 30 years in Derry. He has volunteered his clinical skills throughout the Derry area as well as other parts of the US and abroad. He is also a member of Holy Cross Church, East Derry.
Dr. Dion has lectured and authored several articles with respect to elder health issues.

Lorrie Belinsky

Board Member


Lorrie Belinsky is a life -long resident of Derry ( and half time resident of Wells, Maine) is a retired assistant principal and teacher. She also serves on the church vestry, and the Pinkerton Academy Alumni Association. During her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, crafting, walking on the beach, kayaking, attending theater/dance performances, and roaming through antique shops.
Lorrie is thrilled to serve on the Community Caregivers Board, as her mom was a member of the founding Board.

Michael Flynn

Board Member


Mike Flynn retired from nursing in 2015, following a lengthy career in home care. He received his LPN from Tewksbury Hospital School of Practical Nursing, & his RN from Somerville Hospital School of Nursing. Mike resides in Hampstead, NH with his partner, Brian.
Mike has been a volunteer driver at Community Caregivers since 2015.

Ben LaRoche

Board Member


Ben LaRoche, a 10-year resident of Windham, is an Area Manager with Barclay Water Management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and has been a volunteer at CCGD for the past 4 years before joining the board this past year.

Michael Lucci

Board Member


Michael Lucci of Londonderry NH is a semi-retired Sales Management Executive with over thirty years of sales and territory management experience representing large privately held and Fortune 500 corporations. Currently, Michael serves as President of The Rotary Club of Londonderry NH. He has lived in New Hampshire for the majority of his life and currently resides in Londonderry with his wife Deborah.
Currently, Michael serves as President of The Rotary Club of Londonderry NH.

Bill Burke

Board Member


Bill Burke is an award-winning top real estate agent in New Hampshire. With a passion for real estate, Bill got licensed in New Hampshire & Massachusetts, specializing in residential real estate helping buyers and sellers. In 2021, Bill formed the BurkeLord Real Estate Team with partner Jennifer Lord. Bill was born in Chester, NH and he resides there today.

Lorna Hazelton

Board Member


Lorna Hazelton is a long-time resident of Chester where she lives with her husband Dan. Lorna worked part-time in the accounting department of her husband’s family business allowing her the flexibility to be home to raise their three children. In retirement, Lorna enjoys giving of her time to support local charities, and over the years has volunteered on many boards and committees in Chester.

Jay Osgood

Board Member


Jay Osgood was born and raised in Nashua. He studied business management at the University of Northern Colorado. He has worked in the restaurant business for 35 years, 25 of them with the Fratello’s family. Now living in Derry, he also volunteers with a senior in Windham picking up their groceries each week. Jay has two boys ages 25 and 17.

Victoria Bradley

Board Member


Victoria Bradley studied communications at Florida Southern College. She is an Account Manager at a marketing agency located in Manchester. She has been a volunteer with Community Caregivers since 2022. Victoria resides in Derry with her husband and two cats.

Judy Loeffler

Board Member


Judy Loeffler is a Londonderry resident and works in Business Development at Cohen Closing & Title headquartered in Bedford, NH. She’s a Justice of Peace for the State of New Hampshire and also holds her Notary in both Maine and Massachusetts. Judy has over two decades of experience performing residential real estate closings throughout NH, ME, and MA.
