Executive Director

Cindee has been with Caregivers since 2004, serving as Executive Director since 2006, during which time the program has grown from a two-person office to an eight-person staff supporting nearly 400 volunteers and 300 clients. “Working alongside our dedicated staff and volunteers to assist others is a privilege and an honor,” she says. As a native New Englander, Cindee fell in love with nonprofits as a teenager through her work with the UCC Churches mission trips and a year of service with Up With People. She is a graduate of Goucher College where she studied relational psychology and worked in an AIDS hospice house. After graduation, Cindee joined Volunteer Maryland within AmeriCorps,  developing a self-sustaining volunteer program. Cindee, her husband, and their two children live on a Goffstown mini-homestead where they enjoy growing Christmas trees, harvesting apples, and making maple syrup. Cindee is known for her impeccable memory for names and love of cake.

Donna Kluk

Director of Site Services

Donna first volunteered with Community Caregivers in 2011, joining the staff a year later. In those early years, she spent a good part of her day carrying equipment up and down flights of stairs to the Loaner’s Closet, then located on a fourth floor. (“I miss those major workouts!” she says.) Donna’s past work as a home health aide and her extensive experience with handling durable medical equipment and donated supplies keeps the Loaner’s Closet humming along with efficiency and good humor. As a survivor of breast cancer, Donna has a favorite motivational quote, which sums up her personal mantra: “…Challenge accepted; challenge achieved!” When she is not at work, Donna loves being Grandma Kiki, working on her sewing and quilting, kickboxing, hiking, and tending to her cats and dog.
My idea of the perfect day is warm sunshine, smelling flowers and listening & watching critters of all kinds. Followed by a bbq with my husband and family.

Gail Wolfe

Loaner’s Closet Assistant

“How can I help you today?” are the first words you hear from everyone at CCGD –and we mean it!” says Gail Wolfe. “This has been my mantra since I was a Brownie Scout.” Gail’s drive to help others led her to a long career as an Occupational Therapist and brought her to the Loaner’s Closet.  “I love working with our clients when they come in for adaptive equipment,” she says. Outside of work, Gail is a Red Hatter, a volunteer at a food pantry, and she assembles donated backpacks for school kids. She loves to read and spend time with her beloved cats.

“If I picked a perfect job for myself, it would be the newly created position as the Donor Relations Manager,” says Deb Lucci. Deb worked in the banking industry for many years, most recently as the Vice President of Finance and Human Resources at a local community bank. She joined Caregivers in 2022. “This role uses my finance and customer-service skills, as well as my desire to help people." she says. "Like many of the families we encounter at Community Caregivers, I am helping my parents navigate challenges that come with age. I am inspired every day by the grace of our clients." Outside of work, Deb likes to spend time gardening and is an avid walker. She loves spending time with her four grandchildren and her grand-dog.

Tricia Adams

Transportation Coordinator

Tricia Adams joined Community Caregivers in 2022 in the newly created role of Transportation Coordinator. A native New Englander and now a Derry resident, Tricia’s love of community service started in high school when she founded an AIDS Awareness Committee and took part in fundraising events throughout the region. Her work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals introduced Tricia to the value of advocacy and personal support, especially for seniors. “I am so grateful I had the chance early in my life to experience the feeling that goes with helping people become more  empowered and independent,” she says.  Along with her work, Tricia enjoys coaching her son’s Little League team and cheering her daughter on at Roller Derby.

Courtney Cashman

Program Director

Courtney is the newest member of Community Caregivers but she is not new to helping her community. She started the Derry and Chester branch of End 68 Hours of Hunger in 2018 and considers helping others to be a core value. As the new Program Director her goal is to oversee, support and grow the volunteer program as well as CCGD’s profile in community. “I consider it a privilege to be involved in the clients lives. My favorite part of this job is working directly with the clients. I really love working with them to match the perfect volunteer for their needs and seeing that partnership grow and thrive.”
She and her husband live in Chester with their two children. She loves spending time with her family and traveling.

Katie Mauro

Grant Writer

Katie joined Community Caregivers in 2023 after working in the public health field, focusing on community health and healthy aging. "The staff and volunteers at Community Caregivers go above and beyond to help our clients stay independent at home for as long as possible," she says. "I'm merely the storyteller and thrilled to do it. Sharing their stories helps us show the impact of the charitable giving entrusted to us. It's my job to quantify the impact of our nonprofit through the numbers. But a few things can't be measured, like the compassion, dignity, and companionship that come with our line of work. Long story short: it's priceless."
When not working, Katie enjoys gardening, planning trips with her spouse, and taking pictures of her two precious cats.
